For each photo you wish to purchase :

on the ORDER FORM BELOW please include the following:

1.  Photo #1 Title and Number Code On Photo

(4 or 5 digit code, some have NO number code)

(TYPE the information in the photo field OR

 CLICK on the photo you want

then C0PY/PASTE  the Photo Title and Number Code into ORDER FORM.

(works on desktop computer, cell phones may not have this capability)

 2.  Size of photo - 8x10 ($75), 11x14 ($110), 12x16 ($150), 16x20 ($195)

(for Larger sizes inquire)

3.  Paper Type - Glossy, Semi gloss, Matte, (For Canvas inquire)

4.  Quantity...How many of each?
